Yoga therapy harnesses the tools and practices from yoga such as postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, relaxation and yoga philosophy to support you physically and mentally. Whether you’re managing a health condition or feeling stuck, we’ll create a practice bespoke for you.
This one-to-one work is holistic, touching on all aspects of your being – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – to help you live more fully with greater balance, self-awareness and ease.
We start with a detailed consultation and work on a plan together. Weekly sessions are advised.
