This four-week online yoga nidra series is designed for deep rest, especially if you’re managing stress or overwhelm.

Yoga nidra is a guided relaxation to release physical and mental tensions, restore balance and support the nervous system. When stress, anxiety and emotional fatigue build up, rest is resilience.

Each session will guide you through a systematic journey of relaxation using breath, awareness and visualisation to access a state of deep rest. Over the four weeks, the practice will gradually deepen and evolve, offering you a chance to let go, rebuild and reconnect with yourself.

I’ve been practising classical Satyananda Yoga Nidra for almost 20 years and it’s been a true anchor in times of need. It can be deeply supportive and even transformational. Now, as a yoga therapist, I’m passionate about sharing this profound practice to support others.

This four-week series is suitable for all – no prior experience of yoga nidra needed. All you need is a quiet space to lie down, get comfortable and listen.

When the world feels chaotic, we must find peace within ourselves. Only then can we sustain ourselves and continue supporting others.

DATE: Starts Monday 24th March at 7pm; ends Monday 14th April.
